Raising the Barr
As a died-in-the-wool conservative, Nancy Pelosi said she believes that the president has been involved in a cover-up, and I 100 percent agree with her. But the president she should be talking about is Barack Obama, not Donald Trump, because all the Russian stuff happened when President Obama was in office. So thank God Nancy Pelosi finally has a brain in her head, but she still has the president wrong. So let’s encourage her to look into presidential malfeasance, but let’s do it on the case of Barack Obama Let’s all stand up and give William Barr a big hand because he’s finally going to get to the bottom of what the Democrats have put us through for the past three years. And I hope he finds everybody who colluded and mismanaged their positions in power of our government, and I hope he throws them all out on their ear, puts them in jail or tries them for treason.
Ridiculous
I’m calling in regard to “Card carrier.” This person states that according to the mainstream media, our economy is better. Yet, I was at Walmart and everyone was using the Link card. Well, they’ve been doing that regardless of what the economy is like because it’s free. This country needs to stop, and I mean stop now, rewarding people that have children that they don’t take care of. All they’re worried about is that check every month. It’s ridiculous.
Stop spending
I saw in the paper that Waukegan is going to operate in a deficit and, of course, raise the taxes. The good news is that District 60 is not in search of a grant writer anymore. They got one. So they had to hire a brand new person in operations. It works pretty good, doesn’t it? It shows how much Waukegan really likes to do their job.

To the “Point please” caller: I believe that Mr. Blanks’ point is that the gang-bangers can’t seem to find a job, and that is a darn shame, isn’t it?
Money for nothing
Our taxes went up again. For what? What’s been improved? The school system is a joke. No one does their jobs, or even cares what goes on. They spend money like crazy. They don’t return your calls or texts. It starts with the superintendent and trickles down to the principals. How do the aldermen and mayor approve things? Where are the police when the people are zipping down the roads and parking illegally? When are they going to start caring and do their jobs they are paid for? Why should we have to pay this?
Bikers beware
Motorcycles beware. On Route 12, the construction zone in Fox Lake just past the 100 Club, on the left side of the westbound Route 12 lane, there is a pothole that will for sure suck up your tire and it will flip you or your passenger into oncoming traffic. Beware.
Leave him alone
I read this about this Gov. Ralph Northam. Who really cares? He was in school when that happened. It could have been a play. It could have been anything. But who cares what he did? How many comedians and how many people play parts of the Ku Klux Klan, or all these other things like that? Black or whatever, who cares? It’s time to drop it. He was in school at the time. I think you people with the papers and everything else need to drop it. Its not like that is who he is now, OK? I just get sick and tired of this people, papers going on and on over something that’s stupid, wasting taxpayers dollars on investigations that nobody really cares about.
