Scott Stantis will choose 10 finalists. Voting will start Monday afternoon and finish at 12 p.m. every Thursday. A new cartoon will appear online each Thursday afternoon at chicagotribune.com/stantis. Previous winners can be found at chicagotribune.com/stantis
